中文摘要: 目的 研究血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)和血尿酸(UA)与2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变的相关性。方法 选取我院在2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的118例2型糖尿病患者,根据患者的检查结果将患者分成单纯糖尿病组(A组45例)与糖尿病合并冠心病组(B组73例),另选取同时段来我院做常规检查的健康居民55例作对照组。比较三组被检者一般临床资料,分析糖尿病患者Hcy、HbAlc、UA与冠状动脉病变的相关性。结果 三组被检者年龄、性别、吸烟、BMI、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、UA、叶酸、维生素B12和血红蛋白比较无差异(P>0.05);Glu表达水平比较,B组患者明显高于对照组与A组(P<0.05);HbAlc表达水平比较,B组合并ACS组患者明显高于B组中合并SAP组、对照组与A组(P<0.05);经logistic回归分析显示,Hcy、HbAlc和UA是冠脉动脉病变的危险因素。结论 血清Hcy、HbAlc、UA与2型糖尿病合并冠心病患者冠状动脉病变呈正向关,随着血清Hcy、HbAlc和UA表达水平升高冠状动脉病变程度越高。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine, glycosylated hemoglobin and uric acid with coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus combined with coronary heart disease. METHODS 118 cases with type 2 diabetes in our hospital during January 2015 to January 2016 were selected and according to the patient's examination results were divided into diabetes mellitus group (A group with 45 cases) and diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease group (B group with 73 cases). 55 cases of healthy residents at the same time underwent the routine examination were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the three groups were compared and the correlation of Hcy, HbAlc, UA and coronary artery disease in diabetic patients was analyzed. RESULTS The age, gender, smoking, BMI, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, UA, folic acid, vitamin B12, hemoglobin was no significantly different among three groups (P>0.05). The expression level of Glu in B group were significantly higher than those in control group and A group (P<0.05). The expression level of HbAlc in B grous with ACS were significantly higher in the B group with SAP, control group and A group (P<0.05). the Logistic regression analysis showed that Hcy, HbAlc and UA were risk factors for coronary artery disease. CONCLUSION The levels of serum Hcy, HbAlc and UA are positively related to coronary artery disease in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with coronary heart disease. levels of Hcy, HbAlc and UA.
