中文摘要: 目的 了解青岛市某地区乡村医生慢性病防治知识的知晓情况。方法 从青岛市某地区抽取16个乡镇卫生院所管辖的572名乡村医生作为调查对象进行问卷调查，乡村医生统一召集独立完成问卷调查，调查内容主要包括乡村医生的基本状况和慢性病防治相关问题。结果 共有565名乡村医生完成问卷调查，回收率为98.78％。其平均年龄为48.49±10.51岁，各年龄段男女所占比例差异有统计学意义，随着年龄的增加，女性所占比例逐渐降低。乡村医生的文化程度以高中/中专为主，占受访乡村医生的66.55%；慢性病防治知识知晓方面对测血压流程、血糖控制的重要性知晓率较高，知晓率分别达96.30%和95.80%等。而对于糖尿病病因知晓率较低，仅为20.40%。受访乡村医生慢性病防治知识知晓情况与年龄和文化程度有关，差异有统计学意义。结论 乡村医生队伍对慢性病防治知识的知晓情况参差不齐，存在整体年龄结构偏大、文化水平较低现象，需加强乡村医生人才队伍建设和开展相关培训改善乡村医生慢性病防治相关工作。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the knowledge of chronic disease prevention and control of rural doctors in Qingdao.METHOTHODS 572 rural doctors from 16 towns in Qingdao were chosen for the questionnaire survey. They were called together to complete the questionnaire independently. The survey mainly includes thebasic conditions of rural doctors and their knowledge of the prevention and control ofchronic diseases. RESULTS 565 rural doctors completed
the questionnaire survey and the recovery rate was 98.78%. Their average age was 48.49±10.51 years of age, and the proportions of men and women at different ages were statistically significant. The proportion of women gradually reduced with the increase of age. The main education degrees of rural doctors were high and secondary school, accounting for 66.55%. The knowledge of blood pressure measurement process and the importance of blood glucose control awareness is higher, accounting for 96.30% and 95.80%, respectively. The awareness of diabetes cause is low, accounting for just 20.40%. For rural doctors, their knowledge of prevention and control of chronic diseases is statistically related to their age and education level.CONCLUSIONS The chronic diseases prevention and control knowledge of rural doctors is uneven. Measures should be taken to strengthen the construction of rural doctor talent team and relevant training should be carried out to improve the related work of chronic disease prevention and control in rural area.
