中文摘要: 目的 了解中学生自杀行为态度及影响因素。方法 应用多阶段分层整群随机抽样的方法，应用自编问卷和自杀态度调查问卷（QSA）对毕节市1708名中学生进行调查。采用χ2检验和多分类logistic回归分析影响因素。结果 毕节市中学生对自杀行为持肯定、中立和否定态度者分别为3.9%、44.6%和51.5%。性别、是否住校、学习生活、与父母关系、社会欺辱和媒体对自杀的相关报道是影响中学生自杀行为态度的因素。结论 毕节市中学生对自杀行为缺乏正确认识，需家长、学校及社会对其加强健康教育，提高中学生对自杀的认识。
Abstract:Objective To understand the attitude and influencing factors of middle school students' suicide.Methods By using the method of multi stage stratified random sampling method was used to investigate 1708 middle school students in Bijie by questionnaire and Suicide Attitude Questionnaire(QSA). Chi square test and multiple Logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors.Results The rate of middle school students in Bijie about the nature of suicide behavior was 3.9%, 44.6% and 51.5%, respectively. gender, boarding, reports the study life, relationship with parents, social media on the humiliation and Dutch act will affect the attitudes toward Dutch act behavior.Conclusion Bijie City students do not have a correct understanding of suicidal behavior, parents, schools and society to strengthen their health education, improve the understanding of suicide students.
