中文摘要: 目的 探讨贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的效果和安全性。方法 采用回顾性分析法，选取我院2013年2月—2017年5月期间收治的100例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象；随机分为两组，每组各50例。对照组采用贝那普利单独治疗，观察组采用贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗，观察两组患者治疗效果和安全性。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为96.0％，明显高于对照组78.0％的治疗总有效率，P＜0.05，有统计学意义；治疗前，2组患者心功能、炎性分子指标比较无明显的差异，P＞0.05，无统计学意义；治疗后，观察组心功能、炎性分子指标明显优于对照组，P＜0.05，差异有统计学意义；两组患者不良反应发生率比较没有明显的差异，P＞0.05，差异无统计学意义。结论 贝那普利联合阿托伐他汀治疗慢性心力衰竭具有很好的效果，不良反应少。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy and safety of benazepril combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of chronic heart failure. METHODS Retrospective analysis was used to select 100 patients with chronic heart failure from February 2013 to May 2017.It is randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases. The control group was treated with benazepril alone. The observation group was treated with benazepril combined with atorvastatin to observe the therapeutic effect and safety of the two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate was 96.0% in the observation group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the cardiac function and inflammatory molecular indexes between the two groups before treatment (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P＞0.05) .There was no significant difference between the two groups Difference,P＞0.05, no statistically significant.CONCLUSION Benazepril combined with atorvastatin has a good effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure and has less adverse reactions.
