中文摘要: 目的 了解贵阳市白云区中学生健康素养现况及其影响因素。方法 采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,根据 “2014年中国居民健康素养问卷”编制的问卷,对1 644名中学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0 软件对资料进行统计分析。结果 贵阳市白云区中学生具备健康素养的比例为3.7%;三个方面中健康素养水平最高的是基本技能29.9%,最低的是基本健康知识和理念3.2%;6类健康问题中素养水平最高的是安全与急救49.5%,最低为慢性病防治8.5%;单因素χ2分析显示:父母文化程度、学习成绩自评和不同年级中学生具备健康素养水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素logistic回归分析显示:学习成绩自评和不同年级是贵阳市白云区中学生健康素养水平的主要影响因素。结论 贵阳市白云区中学生健康素养水平较低,学校可以通过开设多种形式的健康教育课程、普及健康素养相关基本知识来提高中学生的健康素养水平,重点对象为学习成绩较差的低年级中学生。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the health literacy of middle school students in Baiyun District of Guiyang and its influencing factors. METHODS A multistage stratified cluster sampling method was used to analyze 1644 middle school students according to the Questionnaire of Chinese Population Health Literacy Questionnaire in 2014. SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the data. RESULTS The proportion of health literacy among middle school students in Baiyun District of Guiyang was 3.7%. The highest level of health literacy was 29.9% in the three aspects, the lowest was 3.2% in basic health knowledge. The highest level of literacy in six health problems (P <0.05), and 49.5% in safety and first aid, and 8.5% in chronic disease. The univariateχ2 analysis showed that the level of parents' education, self - evaluation and health literacy were significantly different (P <0.05); Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that self-evaluation and grade were the main influencing factors of health literacy of middle school students in Baiyun District of Guiyang. CONCLUSION The health literacy level of middle school students in Baiyun District of Guiyang City is generally low, and the school can improve the health literacy level of middle school students by offering various health education courses and popularizing the basic knowledge of health literacy. The key object is the low grade middle school students with poor academic performance .
