中文摘要: 目的 探讨应用模具床旁护理干预提高母乳喂养成功率的临床效果。方法 将200例患者按入院顺序随机分为干预组与对照组。干预组100例，孕妇必须对应用模具健康教育的方式感兴趣，从入院到分娩前再到分娩后均有责任护士给予指导，同时给予母乳喂养知识的健康宣传，并从产前、产时和产后给予专业的，不间断的床旁护理干预。对照组100例，从孕妇住院到分娩前进行一般的产科护理，包括对产妇进行母乳喂养优势的宣传，产后给予母婴早接触的机会，给予适当的哺乳鼓励，但不做过多干预。结果 两组患者掌握母乳喂养知识情况：干预组：掌握76例，熟悉21例，了解2例；对照组：掌握27例，熟悉33例，了解35例，两组患者掌握母乳喂养知识情况比较（例），差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；两组的母乳喂养总有效率：干预组：母乳充足96（96%）例，母乳不充足4（4%）例；对照组：母乳充足79（79%）例，母乳不充足21（21%）例。两组的母乳喂养总有效率的比较，差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.01）。结论 应用模具床旁护理干预方法提高母乳喂养不仅可以增加产妇泌乳量、提高母乳喂养知识的掌握，提升母乳喂养整体成功率，值得推广。
Abstract:Objective to study the application of mold bedside nursing intervention to improve the clinical effect of breastfeeding success rate. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to admission order.Intervention group 100 examples，pregnan -t women must be interested in the application of mold way of health education，from admission to before delivery and after delivery were liable to give guidan –ce，the nurse gives breastfeeding knowledge of health promotion at the same time，and from the antepartum and intrapartum and postpartum to give profess –ionna， continuous nursing intervention by the bed.Control group of 100 cases hospitalized from pregnant women to before delivery to the general obstetric care，including advantages of maternal breastfeeding promotion，postpartum maternal and infant early exposure of opportunity，give appropriate nursing encouraged, but do not do too much intervention. Results two groups of patients knowledge of breastfeeding intervention group: 76 cases，familiar with 21 cases，2 cases;Control group 27 cases, familiar with 33 cases， 35 cases， breastfeeding knowledge situation compared two groups of patients (cases)， the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.01)，Two group total effective rate of breastfeeding: intervention group: sufficient milk 96 (96%)，breast milk is not adequate 4 (4%) cases;Control group: sufficient milk 79 (79 % ) ，breast milk is not adequate 21 cases (21%).The comparison of two groups total effe- ctive rate of breastfeeding, significant difference was statisti -cally significant (P < 0.01). Conclusion the application of mold bedside bed nursing intervene- tion method is applied to improve breastfeeding not only can increase the amount of maternal lactation, improve breastfeeding knowle -dge mastery，promote the overall success rate of breastfeeding, worthy of pro -motion.
