中文摘要: 目的 分析远程医疗服务的实施对住院次均费用的影响，得出主要影响因素，为医院管理者进行科学管理提供理论依据。方法 利用灰色关联法分析住院次均费用中各结构费用与住院次均费用的关联程度；同时利用结构变动度法分析各结构费用对次均费用的贡献情况。结果 与住院次均费用关联度从大到小依次为治疗费（0.898）、手术麻醉费（0.880）、其他费用（0.850）和药品费用（0.793）；与住院次均费用的结构变动贡献率最大的是药品费用（46.47%），其次是材料费（27.97%）和检查检验费用（7.39%）。结论 优化治疗流程，完善临床路径；充分利用药品经济学的原理，降低抗生素费用；同时医院管理者应降低耗材比，完善远程医学平台“一键通”糢式，实现可持续发展。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE In order to achieve scientific management, which provide theoretical basis for hospital managers. METHODS The gray relational method was used to analyze the degree of association between the cost of the structure and the hospitalization average cost. Meanwhile analyzed the contribution to the average cost by using the structural change method. RESULTS The degree of association with the hospitalization average cost from the largest to the number of treatment costs, surgical anesthesia, other costs, antibiotic costs and drug costs; And the hospitalization average cost of structural changes in the contribution rate is the largest drug costs, followed by material costs and inspection costs. CONCLUSION In order to to achieve sustainable development. We should optimize the treatment procedure, clinical path, and reduce the cost of antibiotics by making full use of the principles of drug economics; Certainly hospital managers should reduce the supplies ratio and complete the telemedicine platform "push" model.
