中文摘要: 目的 研究医养结合型服务机构开展安宁疗护的现状及卫生资源配置情况，为医养融合进程中进一步有效开展安宁疗护工作提供理论依据。方法 2017年上半年，采用问卷调查及实地调研方式，对江苏省内开展安宁疗护的33家医养结合服务机构进行调研。结果 被调查机构中安宁疗护床位数为409张（6.29%），安宁疗护床位配备设备总价值409万元；平均每个机构配备副高及以上医师1.0人，主管及以上护师3.06人；2016年共开展安宁疗护服务6 710人，出院6 298人，死亡667人，占出院人数的10.59%。讨论 我国安宁疗护事业的进一步发展，亟需建立安宁疗护服务体系,提升安宁疗护服务内涵,努力打造安宁疗护专业团队,医养结合机构自身也需不断加强建设。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the situation of hospice care in medical and nursing service institutions, and to provide theoretical basis for further effective development of hospice care. METHODS In the first half of 2017, a questionnaire survey and a field investigation were conducted to investigate hospice care in Jiangsu province. RESULTS Institutions Institutions under investigation had 409 hospice beds (6.29%), equipped with a total value of 4 million 90 thousand yuan; Each institution had 1 doctors who was subtropical high and over,and 3.06 nurses in charge of and above.In 2016, hospice service was carried out for 6710 people,with 6 298 people discharged and 667 people（10.59%）died.DISCUSSION In order to promote hospice care, hospice service system need to established,connotation need to enhanced, a hospice professional team need to be built.
