中文摘要: 目的 调查和分析广西西部地区口腔医疗资源配置发展状况，为政府相关卫生行政部门合理配置和规划口腔医疗卫生机构和人力资源提供参考。方法 通过问卷调查的方式对该地区口腔医疗机构、口腔人力资源进行普查。结果 2016年该地区口腔医疗机构280个，口腔医疗卫生人员1 052人，其中口腔医生733人， 护士273人， 技师46人， 医护比为1:0.37，医生人口比为1:12 453；76.07%的口腔医疗机构和83.22%的口腔医生服务于城市。与2009年相比，口腔医疗机构、口腔医生和护士分别增加了9.38%，5.62%和245.57%；口腔医生职称和学历分布均有所提高(P＜0.05)，但仍以初级职称和大专学历为主。结论 自2009年以来，广西西部地区口腔医疗资源得到一定的发展，但仍处于较低水平，主要表现为口腔医疗资源地域分布不均、口腔人力资源短缺、医护比例欠合理、口腔医生职称和学历偏低。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze the development of oral health resources in western Guangxi, and to provide reference for the rational allocation and planning of dental institutions and dental manpower for government. METHODS The dental institutions and dental manpower were surveyed by means of census. RESULTS In 2016, there were 280 dental institutions and 1052 oral hygienists, including 733 dentists, 273 nurses and 46 technicians. The ratio of dentists to nurses was 1:0.37 while the ratio of dentists to local population was 1:12 453. 76.07% of dental institutions and 83.22% of dentists worked in urban areas. In Comparison to 2009, dental institutions, dentists and nurses increased by 9.38%, 5.62% and 245.57% respectively. The professional title and degree distribution of dentists have been improved (P＜0.05), but still at lower level. CONCLUSION Since 2009, the oral health resources in western Guangxi have been developed, but still inadequate, mainly due to the uneven distribution of oral health resources, the shortage of dental manpower, the less reasonable proportion of dentists to nurses and both the professional level and degree of dentists being low.
