中文摘要: 目的 了解长汀县乡镇卫生院的经济运行现状及运行效率，为我国乡镇卫生院的发展提供合理化建议。方法 以福建省龙岩市长汀县18个乡镇卫生院为研究对象，收集2012—2016年的投入、产出数据。采用描述性方法对乡镇卫生院的经济运行情况进行描述分析，采用数据包络分析方法对乡镇卫生院的运行效率进行评价。结果 2012—2016年长汀县乡镇卫生院医疗资源逐年增长；药品收入占医疗收入的比重均低于全国平均水平；经费自给率远高于全国平均水平；2012—2016年长汀县乡镇卫生院综合效率=1的卫生院占60%以上，技术效率=1的卫生院占80.00%以上，规模效率=1的卫生院占60.00%以上。结论 2012—2016年长汀县乡镇卫生院经济运行状况良好且运行效率较高。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation and operation efficiency of the economic operation of the township health hospital in changze county and to provide reasonable Suggestions for the development of township hospitals in China. METHODS Taking Changting County of Longyan City, Fujian province 18 township hospitals as the research object, the collection of 2012—2016 input and output data. The descriptive method of economic operation of township hospitals were described and analyzed by data envelopment analysis method of the township hospitals' efficiency evaluation. RESULTS Medical resources in township hospital in Changting County 2012—2016 year-on-year growth; drug revenues accounted for the proportion of medical income is lower than the national average; financial self-sufficiency rate is much higher than the national average; 2012—2016 years Changting County township hospital comprehensive efficiency =1 hospitals accounted for more than 60.00%, technical efficiency =1 hospitals accounted for more than 80.00%, the scale efficiency of =1 hospitals accounted for more than 60%.CONCLUSION In 2012—2016, the economy of township hospitals in changting county was in good condition and its operation efficiency was higher.
