Abstract:OBJECTIVE This paper studies the economic operation and dynamic changes of township health centers in Jiangxi Province, discusses the factors influencing the economic operation, and puts forward some policy suggestions to provide the decision-making basis for the healthy development of township health centers in Jiangxi Province.METHODS We use the census survey, the economic operation of township health centers in Jiangxi Province are analyzed. The data were recorded with Excel, and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. RESULTS 2012-2014 Jiangxi Province township health centers overall economic operation showed steady growth, The balance of payments basically balanced with a slight surplus, and the rate of balance of payments declined year by year. The average annual growth rate of total income was (8.87%), which was slightly lower than the average annual growth rate of the total expenditure of(12.12%). The deficit of medical income and expenditure showed a trend of expansion, the proportion of medicine was declining and the rate of drug accounting was continuously decreasing and the expenditure of personnel was increasing.CONCLUSIONS "Drugs to support medical" phenomenon of the province's township health centers has improved, the income structure has changed, but to a certain extent,the medical income and expenditure losses reduce its profitability, should gradually increase the price of medical services, improve the use of funds efficiency, while increasing the government to invest and a series of policy recommendations.
