中文摘要: 目的 探讨微信平台结合家庭医生签约服务在社区高血压患者治疗中的作用。方法 选取110例高血压患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各55例。对照组患者接受家庭医生签约服务，观察组患者在此基础上加用微信平台进行干预。对比两组患者高血压防治知识掌握情况，高血压控制率、自我管理效果和月平均上门随访时间。结果 观察组患者高血压防治知识得分、高血压控制率和自我管理效果均优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组患者所需月平均上门随访时间少于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论 微信平台结合家庭医生签约服务在社区高血压患者治疗中具有积极的作用，能够有效控制高血压病情，增加患者自我管理能力，减少医护人员随访时间，不失为一种值得深入探索的干预模式。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of WeChat platform combined with family doctor's signing service in the treatment of hypertensive patients in community. METHODS 110 hypertensive patients were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 55 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received family doctor's signing service, and patients in the observation group also intervened on the basis of WeChat platform. The knowledge of prevention and treatment of hypertension control, self-management and monthly average home visit time of the two groups were compared.RESULTS The scores, hypertension control and self-management effect of observation group were better than these of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The monthly average home visit time required by observation group patients was less than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).CONCLUSION WeChat platform combined with the family doctor signing service has a positive effect in the treatment of patients with hypertension in the community, which can effectively control the condition of hypertension, increase the self-management ability of patients and reduce the follow-up time of medical staff, which is an intervention model worth exploring deeply.
