河南省中学生易导致严重伤害行为的现况研究

中文摘要: 目的 了解河南省中学生易导致严重伤害行为发生的现状,为制定伤害的预防和控制干预措施提供科学依据。 方法 采用分层随机整群抽样的方法,在河南省14市县抽取初、高中学生30 268人,使用《中国青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》进行现场调查。 结果 河南省中学生过去12个月里各种易导致严重伤害行为的报告率前5位依次为:在楼梯上追跑打闹、互相推搡13 891人(45.9%);在玩滚轴溜冰、滑板车等时不带保护装备(如头盔)5870人(19.4%);攀爬屋顶、爬树或其他危险地方5680人(18.8%);为了逞能而做危险动作3946人(13.0%);使用危险方法放鞭炮,或与同伴互相扔鞭炮玩3513人(11.6%)。各种已导致严重伤害行为的报告率几乎都为农村高于城市,男生高于女生,民营中学和职业中学最高(P<0.05)。有易导致严重伤害行为发生的学生受到严重伤害的报告率高于无易导致严重伤害行为发生的学生(χ2=551.280,P<0.01)。 结论 河南省中学生易导致严重伤害行为的发生率较高。相关部门应采取综合干预措施,预防和控制中学生此类行为的发生。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the prevalence of behaviors tend to cause serious injury among middle school students in Henan province, in order to provide scientific basis for developing interventions of its prevention and control. METHODS 30 268 students were selected from 14 provincial cities and counties by stratified random cluster sampling, and then they were investigated with “China Youth Health Risk Behaviors Questionnaire”. RESULTS In the past 12 months, the top five incidence of behaviors tend to cause serious injury were: Chasing slapstick on stairs or pushing each other of 13891(45.9%), skating or playing scooter without protective equipments of 5870(19.4%), climbing the roof, trees or other dangerous places of 5680(18.8%), dangerous acts of sheer bravado of 3946(13.0%), playing firecrackers in dangerous ways or throw firecrackers at each other of 3513(11.6%). Almost all kinds of behaviors’ rate are always higher in rural areas than in cities, boys are higher than girls, and private secondary schools and vocational middle schools are higher than the else (P<0.01).The rate of serious injury of those who had behaviors tend to cause serious injury was higher than that of those who had no behaviors tend to cause serious injury (χ2= 551.280, P<0.01). CONCLUSION The prevalence of behaviors tend to cause serious injury among middle school students in Henan province were higher. Effective comprehensive intervention measures should be taken so as to prevent and control its’occur in middle school students.
