Abstract:objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing service in nursing nursing.Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016, 856 patients were divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing methods. The control group in the implementation of routine care services; observation group in the control group based on the implementation of human care services. Before and after the nursing intervention, the anxiety and self-rating scale and the depression self-rating scale were used to evaluate the anxiety and depressive symptoms of the two groups. One week after the intervention, quality. The questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups after 1 month.Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were significantly lower than those in the control group (P﹤0.05). The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P﹤0.05) The quality of life was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P﹤0.05). The satisfaction rate was 97.89% (417/426) in the observation group after 1 month, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (90.14%),χ2=48.40, P=0.00.Conclusion Respiratory medical care in the implementation of human care services can help improve patient anxiety, depression, better improve the quality of life of patients, improve patient satisfaction.
