中文摘要: 目的 探讨社区专病护士治疗糖尿病伴发抑郁的有效性及可行性。方法 应用Zung氏抑郁量表( SDS)筛选出100例糖尿病伴发抑郁患者，随机分为干预组和对照组,对照组进行常规治疗，干预组入选社区专病护士宣教加常规治疗，后再行SDS测评;同时在教育前后监测空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白。结果 糖尿病患者经社区专病护士后抑郁症状明显改善, 空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白显著下降( P ﹤0. 05)。 结论 社区专病护士护理能够改善糖尿病抑郁症状,有利于控制血糖、糖化血红蛋白,是一种简单、易行的方法,尤其适合在社区中应用推广。
Abstract:Objective To explore the effectiveness and feasibility of community-specific nurses in treating diabetes with depression. Methods Using Zung's depression scale (SDS) selected 100 cases of diabetic patients with comorbid depression, were randomly divided into intervention group and control group, control group routine treatment, the intervention group selected community nurse ZhuanBing mission plus routine therapy, after SDS assessment;At the same time, the fasting blood glucose was monitored before and after education, and the blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin were 2 hours after the meal. Results The symptoms of depression were significantly improved after the patients with diabetes mellitus, and the fasting blood glucose, 2 hours after meals, and glycosylated hemoglobin were significantly reduced (P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing care of community specialized nurses can improve the symptoms of diabetes depression, which is beneficial to control blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin. It is a simple and easy method, especially suitable for the application of promotion in the community.
