中文摘要: 社区卫生服务机构作为健康与费用的双守门人,缺乏在卫生服务任务决策与执行中的参与感和主导权。基于此,本研究以“上海市在全市范围内推行骨质疏松症社区规范化治疗项目”为例,绘制出社区卫生服务机构围绕重大疾病开展单病种诊疗服务的ROADMAP:通过对该类卫生事件从源头发起至社区落地,进行系统地过程回顾与反思,以明确整个服务的推行过程、实施阶段,各阶段核心工作、社区在其中的关键作用、面对的技术难点和可发挥的技术优势,从而指导今后的临床工作开展与优化,并逐步获得对该类工作的主导权乃至发言权、规制权。
