Abstract:With the continuous deepening of reform in community health services, communities generally or passively begin the exploration of single disease diagnosis and treatment services for major diseases in order to expand the scope of services for general practitioner teams. The key aspect of the process is how to obtain or include clients in a scientific, economical and sustainable way after determining the single disease diagnosis and treatment service to be carried out? For this session, this study proposed the concept of "patient included." And summed up the "patient inclusion" should follow the " Supply-side coverage, Demand-side accessible, the diagnosis and treatment program of science," the three principles, to further my unit of osteoporosis community clinics as an example Verify, test its conciseness, accuracy and completeness, then put forward suggestions for improvement and popularization and application.
