Abstract:objective To investigate the effect of targeted nursing intervention in patients with colorectal cancer after operation.Methods 100 cases of colorectal cancer surgery in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing. The observation group in the control group Nursing based on the implementation of targeted nursing interventions. The risk events and disputes during the nursing period were recorded. The quality of life was evaluated by the quality of life questionnaire. The sleep time after the intervention was recorded. Satisfaction of the two groups with the nursing service was investigated by questionnaire.Results The incidence of risk events and disputes in the observation group during the nursing period was significantly lower than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). The quality of life index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the sleep time was significantly longer than that of the control group (P﹤0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing service in the observation group was 98.0%, significantly higher than 90.0% of the control group (P﹤0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing interventions in patients with colorectal cancer surgery can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events to avoid the occurrence of nurse-patient disputes, improve the quality of life, improve their quality of sleep, obtain the patient's recognition of nursing services, and ultimately improve their satisfaction .
