Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the establishment of electronic archives and information management model in patients with cervical precancerous lesions，to Improve the follow-up rate of patients with cervical precancerous lesions， to discover cervical cancer early and reduce mortality.METHODS To establish cervical lesions center， establish cervical cancer patients with electronic files by the full-time health care workers， all the information was inputted into the womenand children information system in Zhongshan City timely， patients were be followed up timely.RESULTS The total number of cervical cancer screening: 130475 people， TCT abnormalities: 5559 people， TCT rate of referral: 4.26%. The number of referrals: 3337 people， referral rate: 60.03%. A total of 972 cases of cervical precancerous lesions were detected: 411 cases of CINI， 267 cases of CINII and 294 cases of CINIII. To manage cervical precancerous lesions systematic in Zhongshan City， TCT screening positive follow-up rate from 63.5% in 2011 rose to 80.58% in 2015. The follow-up rate of cervical precancerous lesions increased from 19.05% before implementation to 76.19%. CONCLUSION the establishment of electronic files and information management in Cervical precancerous lesions， can strengthen the follow-up management of patients，improve the follow-up rate，ensure patients information timely integrity and continuity， women and children institutions medical staff can always seek the information of patient treatment in the system， Improve work efficiency， facilitate the statistical analysis of scientific research personnel，find out the problems and solve the problem timely.
