年龄与发育进程问卷评估学龄前儿童发育能力的调查结果分析

中文摘要: 目的 探讨应用《年龄与发育进程问卷》(中文版)(ages & stages questionnaires-chinese, ASQ-C)评估学龄前儿童发育能力。方法 采用随机分层抽样方法,收集了34~66个月儿童122例。由父母或照看人完成儿童月龄相应的 ASQ—C,专业人员对各年龄段的儿童ASQ—C的量表总分及沟通(CM)、大运动(GM)、精细运动(FM)、解决问题(CG)和个人社会(PS)五个能区得分进行统计分析。结果 本研究共调查儿童122例,其中,男童65例,女童57例,分别占了53.3%、46.7%。检出一个及以上能区异常26例, 检出率为 21.31%。经独立样本T检验结果显示,沟通、粗大动作、精细动作、解决问题和个人-社会得分男童高于女童,但差异没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。经单因素方差分析结果显示,沟通、粗大动作和精细动作得分在各年龄段没有显著差异(P>0.05);解决问题和个人-社会得分在各年龄段差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合问题分析显示父母对孩子的视力和不良行为比较担忧。问卷实用性调查分析显示,父母填写ASQ问卷虽然花费较多时间,但对孩子成长过程中所出现的问题有了较多的认识和了解。结论 年龄与发育进程问卷适用于学龄前儿童,简便实用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the development of preschool children's developmental ability by using the age and analysis questionnaires-chinese (ASQ-C). [Methods] 122 children aged 34 to 66 months were collected by using a random stratified sampling method. ASQ-C questionnaires were carried out by parents, and the five energy scores of communication, large movement, fine movement, solve the problem and individual-social were analyzed by professional staff. RESULTS A total of 122 children were investigated, including 65 males and 57 females, accounting for 53.3% and 46.7% respectively. One or more abnormalities were detected in 26 cases, the detection rate was 21.31%. T test showed that the boy scores of communication, large movement, fine movement, solve the problem and individual-socia l were higher than girls, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The ANOVA showed that there was no significant difference in communication, large movement and fine movement scores at all ages (P>0.05). The difference between the problem-solving and the individual-social scores was statistically significant (P<0.05). Comprehensive problem analysis showed that parents are more worried about their children's vision and bad behavior. Questionnaires practical survey analysis showed that parents fill in the ASQ questionnaire although spend more time, but children problems in the growth process have a greater understanding.CONCLUSION The age and development process questionnaire is suitable for preschool children which is simple and practical.
