中文摘要: 目的 通过对兰州市“医养结合”发展现状进行分析，提出兰州市推动“医养结合”养老服务的对策，为兰州市推动医养结合发展提供理论借鉴。方法 通过对兰州市老年人口及提供“医养结合”养老机构进行调查，主要调查内容为2014-2016年老龄化人口数量及养老机构类型、数量及服务人口情况等。采用描述性统计方法对调查数据进行分析。结果 兰州市老龄化趋势日益严重，老年人人均可支配收入增加导致养老服务需求旺盛；养老服务机构总共15家，总量不足；养老服务机构床位设置太少，设施设备匮乏。结论 兰州市政府应加大对“医养结合”养老机构资金投入；整合养老服务资源；多途径推进“医养结合”机构发展；建立健全养老服务机构运行监管机制等，进而推进兰州市医养结合健康发展。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Through the Lanzhou medical combining development present situation analysis, proposed Lanzhou city to promote the medical combination of pension service countermeasures, to provide theoretical reference for Lanzhou city to promote the medical keep combined with development. METHODS Based on the Lanzhou city elderly population and provided a pension agency to investigate, the main content of aging of population and pension institutions in 2014-2016, quantity and service population situation, etc. Descriptive statistical methods were used to analyze the survey data. RESULTS The aging trend of Lanzhou city is becoming more and more serious. A total of 15 pension service agencies, total shortage; Pension service institutions have too few beds and facilities are scarce. CONCLUSION The government of Lanzhou should increase the investment of the pension fund. Integrating pension service resources; To promote the development of the combination of medical and foster care; We will establish and improve the mechanism of operation and supervision of old-age service institutions, and further promote the healthy development of medical care in Lanzhou.
