Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of h-type hypertension in community health service center and the therapeutic value of low dose folic acid in h-type hypertension. METHODS In March 2015 to March 2017 community health service center of Shanghai ying bo outpatient HCY tests of adult patients with high blood pressure, higher HCY 10 umol/L or defined as, observe the gender, age, living habits, etc.Selected 160 cases of patients with high blood pressure, using the random number table method divided the patients into drug groups and the combined folic acid groups, each group of 80 cases patients with drug groups treated with enalaprilat, 10 mg/d, oral, combined folic acid group on the basis of drug groups given folic acid treatment, 0.8 mg/d, oral, and in the health service center for treatment of unincorporated high homocysteine levels, 160 cases of patients with essential hypertension (eh) and to observe the clinical characteristics of two groups of patients, awareness, treatment and control rates compare two groups of therapeutic effect and prognosis.RESULTS The incidence, age, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, creatinine and uric acid were significantly lower in patients with primary hypertension compared with h-type hypertension.The control rate, awareness rate and treatment rate were significantly higher than those with h-type hypertension.After treatment, the combined folic acid group and the antihypertensive group were compared, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and homocysteine levels in blood were significantly lower than that in the blood pressure group(P＜0.O5).CONCLUSION H high incidence of hypertension patients in middle-aged and old male patients, for the blood vessel of brain blood vessels and kidneys were seriously affected, the small dose of folic acid can effectively treat H high blood pressure, improve the prognosis.
