云南省中小学生意外伤害认知状况及其影响因素分析

中文摘要: 目的 了解昆明市中小学生的意外伤害认知现状并分析其影响因素,为预防中小学生意外伤害提供适当的健康教育和干预措施提供依据。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,抽取某县5所中小学2 909名学生进行意外伤害认知情况调查。 结果 中小学生意外伤害认知的平均得分为13.8分,最高分为16分,最低分为4分。每一道题目的知晓率均在65%以上。二分类非条件logistic回归分析表明,性别、留守状况和父母文化程度是影响中小学生对意外伤害认知的主要因素。结论 应根据中小学生对意外伤害知识的认知现况和需求提供有针对性的指导,积极开展有关意外伤害预防与应急处置的教育干预。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the cognitive situation of accidental injury among primary and middle school students and to analyze their influencing factors, thus to provide the basis for providing appropriate health education and intervention measures that could prevents from preventing accidental injury for primary and secondary student. METHODS A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the situation of accidental injury cognition among 2 909 students in 5 primary and secondary schools in a county. RESULTS Primary and secondary school students’ accident injury awareness of the average score of 13.8 points, the highest score of 16 points, the lowest score of 4 points. The awareness rate of each topic is more than 65%. The classification of unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that gender, left - behind status and parental education were the main factors influencing the cognition of accidental injury among primary and middle school students. CONCLUSION The primary and secondary students should provide targeted guidance on the status and needs of accidental injury knowledge and actively carry out educational intervention on accident prevention and emergency treatment.
