Abstract:OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath for mixed hemorrhoid operation. METHODS 80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The selected objects were in line with the indications for surgical treatment, concurrent surgical treatment; postoperative control group fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine; observation group after taking traditional Chinese medicine bath. Visual acuity (VAS) was used to evaluate the degree of pain at 1 and 7 days after operation. The wound healing time was recorded in both groups. The edema and granulation growth of the two groups were recorded. Evaluate the two groups curative effect. RESULTS The VAS scores of the two groups at 1 day after operation were compared, P>0.05; VAS scores at 7 days after operation were compared, P<0.05; wound healing time in the observation group was (10.22±2.48) days, which was significantly shorter than that in the control group (15.36±3.41) d, P<0.05. The incidence of postoperative wound edema in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The good growth rate of granulation in the wound surface was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Clinical observation group effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, P<0.05. CONCLUSION Mixed hemorrhoid surgery using traditional Chinese medicine bathing effect than traditional Chinese fumigation significant, it can be worth promoting.
