中文摘要: 目的 基于标化工作量模式下，进行家庭医生团队服务的效果评价。方法 基于标化工作量模式下，随机选取上海市惠南社区卫生服务中心家庭医生团队作为研究组，选取上海市机场社区卫生服务中心家庭医生团队作为与对照组, 研究组实施基于标化工作量模式的绩效考核体系，对照组按传统的绩效考核管理模式，分析比较两组的工作成效。结果 与2016年比较，2017年研究组社区居民签越率增加1.90%；60岁以上社区居民的签约率增加15.60%；签约社区就诊率增加13.92%；签约居民转诊率减少2.75%；居民高血压控制率增加3.07%;血糖控制率增加17.24%；糖化血红蛋白控制率增加27.14%；居民人均累计门诊费用减少923.73元。以上指标与对照组比较，两组各指标对比差异均有统计学意义(P＜O.05或P＜O.01)。结论 基于标化工作量模式下，家庭医生团队服务质量效果良好，调动了医务人员积极性，改善了服务水平，提高了服务能力，推进了家庭医生工作的可持续发展，能够为我国其他地区开展家庭医生团队服务试点工作提供参考和借鉴。
Abstract:Objective To evaluate the service quality of family doctor team based on standardized workload model. Methods Based on the standardized workload model, a family doctor team was established in Huinan Community Health Service Center in Pudong New Area, randomly divided into a research group and a control group. The research group implemented a performance assessment system based on the standardized workload model. The control group adopted the traditional performance appraisal management mode, and compared the work performance of the two groups. Results Compared with 2016, the signboard rate of community residents in research group increased by 1.9% in 2017; the signing rate of community residents over 60 years old increased by 15.6%; the visiting rate of contracted community increased by 13.92%; the referral rate of contracted residents decreased by 2.75%; the residents' Blood pressure control rate increased 3.07%; blood sugar control rate increased 17.24%; glycosylated hemoglobin control rate increased 27.14%; resident per capita cumulative out-patient expenses decreased 923.73 Renminbi. The above indicators, compared with the control group, the two groups showed significant differences in the indicators(P＜O.05或P＜O.01) . CONCLUSION Based on the standardized workload model, the quality of service of family doctor team is effective, aroused the enthusiasm of medical staff, improving the service level, improved the service ability and promoted the sustainable development of the family doctor's work.
