中文摘要: 本文对全国农村地区医疗机构2014—2016年度诊疗人次和出(入)院人数进对比统计，通过部分地区基层卫生综合改革典型案例分析发现，三年间农村三级医疗服务体系运行总体呈县级医院发展迅速，乡镇卫生院略微增长，村卫生室逐年减少状态，需要进一步推进完善县域一体化管理和运行机制,提升基层医疗服务能力和水平，并提出相应的对策建议。
Abstract:This article compares the number of Diagnosis and treatment members and people entering or leaving the medical institutions in rural areas in China from 2014 to 2016.Through the analysis of typical cases of grass-roots health reform in some areas,it found that the operation of rural three-level medical service system was generally developed rapidly in the three years,and the township hospitals grew slightly,and the village clinics reduce the state year by year.We Need to further promote the improvement of county integrated management and operation mechanism,and to improve the capacity and level of community-level medical services.And put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
