中文摘要: 目的 分析女性家庭户主健康状况和医疗卫生服务需要及利用行为，为进一步提高女性家庭户主卫生服务利用水平提供政策依据。方法 使用2016年全国居民卫生服务利用行为监测中四个试点省份的数据中涉及女性家庭户主的部分，采用一般描述性分析。结果 女性家庭户主共886人 。女性家庭户主监测期内的患病率为72.01%，慢性病患病率为66.60%。就诊率为69.75%，应就诊未就诊率为26.98%，人均就诊次数为4.03次。住院率为11.85%。女性家庭户主的医疗服务可及性提高，医疗服务需要量增强，医疗服务利用水平提高，在基层医疗机构利用水平上存在不足。结论 关注弱势群体，促进分级诊疗，关注老年人身心健康，提高女性家庭户主医疗卫生服务利用水平。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the health status of female heads of household and the needs and utilization of medical services, and provide the policy basis for further improving the utilization of health services of female heads of household. METHODS Using the data covering the four pilot provinces in the 2016 National Household Health Service Use Behavior Surveillance covering the part of female-headed households, a general descriptive analysis was used. RESULTS A total of 886 female heads of household (local permanent residence, ≥15 years old). 836 people answered their own answer rate was 94.40%. The prevalence of female heads of household during the monitoring period was 72.01% and the prevalence of chronic diseases was 66.60%. The visiting rate was 69.75%, the rate of visiting non-visiting clinic was 26.98%, and the average number of visits was 4.03. The hospitalization rate was 11.85%, and the average hospitalization per day was 1.37 days. The availability of medical services by female heads of household increased, the demand for medical services was enhanced, the level of utilization of medical services was increased, and the level of utilization of primary medical institutions was inadequate. CONCLUSION Pay attention to the vulnerable groups, promote grading diagnosis and treatment, pay attention to the physical and mental health of the elderly, and improve the level of utilization of medical and health services by female-headed households.
