中文摘要: 目的 分析产后抑郁筛查量表(PDSS)与爱丁堡产后抑郁量表(EPDS)在产后抑郁筛查中的差异，探讨PDSS与 EPDS的应用特点，为产后抑郁筛查量表的选择提供参考依据。方法 收集104名产妇一般情况，采用PDSS和EPDS量表对产妇进行问卷调查，以EPDS为标准探讨PDSS的灵敏度、特异度和吻合度，采用SPSS 22.0 分析PDSS、EPDS调查结果差异的影响因素，并对PDSS和EPDS 进行准则相关效度检验。结果 调查对象平均年龄(29.08 ±3.04 )岁，EPDS测得抑郁阳性率55.8%，PDSS测得抑郁阳性率71.2%，两量表符合率为79.8%。以EPDS为标准测得PDSS灵敏度为 94.9％，特异度60.0％。EPDS各条目总分与PDSS 各条目总分及各因子失眠饮食失调、情绪不稳定、焦虑/不安全、内疚/羞耻、自残倾向、相关。结论 PDSS与EPDS两量表测量结果一致性较好，结果的吻合度较高，当筛查对象涉及是否为独生子女、是否为计划内怀孕、是否参加产前教育因素时可以选用PDSS作为测量工具避免漏诊。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE Analyze the difference between postpartum depression screen scale,PDSS and Edinburg postnatal depresonscale,EPDS in postpartum depression screening, and to explore the application characteristics of PDSS and EPDS, and to provide reference for the selection of postpartum depression screening scale. METHODS Collect 104 maternal general situation,The maternal was investigated by PDSS and EPDS,To EPDS as the standard,To explore the sensitivity, specificity and coincidence degree of PDSS.The influencing factors of PDSS and EPDS were analyzed by SPSS 22.0,And PDSS and EPDS were used to test the validity of the criterion.Results The average age of the surveyed subjects (29.08 ± 3.044),EPDS measured the positive rate of depression 55.8%, PDSS measured the positive rate of depression 71.2%, The coincidence rate of the two scales was 79.8%. The influencing factors of the inconsistency of the two scales include whether they are the only child, Whether it is planned for pregnancy, Whether to participate in prenatal education.The sensitivity of PDSS was 94.9%, the specificity was 60.0%.Using the EPDS score as a criterion, the evaluation of the PDSS scale was related to the EPDS scale score. CONCLUSION The consistency of PDSS and EPDS was better,the high degree of coincidence,When the screening object is whether the only child, whether the planned pregnancy, whether to participate in prenatal education factors can choose PDSS as a measurement tool to avoid missed diagnosis.
