中文摘要: 目的 应用年龄与发育进程:社交-情绪(ASQ:SE)问卷了解学龄前儿童社交情绪能力现状及问卷的实用性,为早期干预提供依据。方法 采用随机整群抽样与分层抽样相结合的方法,分别在两个城区、一个城郊幼儿园共抽取130名儿童为研究对象,应用ASQ:SE问卷对学龄前儿童进行社交情绪能力评估及父母对问卷的反馈进行分析。结果 经Pearson Chi-Square检验结果显示:不同年龄组儿童的正常和异常社交情绪能力没有统计学差异(X2=0.860,P=0.650);正常组和异常组中,不同年龄儿童的社交情绪能力在男女性别之间没有统计学差异;社交-情绪问卷具有较高的实用性。结论 学龄前儿童社交情绪能力检出率43.09%,应在幼儿园开展一级预防,宣传学龄前儿童社交情绪能力快速发展的特点,引导父母采取合理的育儿方式,减少儿童社交情绪问题的发生。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of social and emotional ability of preschool children by social-emotional (ASQ: SE) questionnaire, and to provide the basis for early intervention. METHODS A total of 130 children were selected from two urban districts and one suburban kindergarten by random cluster sampling and stratified sampling. The social-emotional (ASQ: SE) questionnaire were used to evaluate the social emotional capacity and feedback from parents of the preschool children. RESULTS The Pearson Chi-Square test showed that there was no significant difference of social emotional ability between the normal group and abnormal group (X2 = 0.860, P = 0.650), and there was no significant difference of social emotional ability between male and female gender (X1 = 0.862, P = 0.650; X2 = 0.696, P = 0.706); ASQ: SE questionnaire has high practicability. CONCLUSION
The detection rate of social emotional ability of preschool children was 43.09%, which should be carried out in kindergarten to prevent the rapid development of preschool children's social emotional ability and to guide parents to take reasonable parenting and reduce children's social emotional problems. The social-emotional (ASQ: SE) questionnaire suitable for pre-school children, which is simple and practical.
