中文摘要: 目的 了解广西壮族自治区第二类疫苗接种情况，为进一步加强预防接种服务管理提供参考。方法 从广西免疫规划信息管理系统提取2010—2016年免疫规划适龄儿童接种疫苗数据，采用描述流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2010—2016年广西累计接种第二类疫苗20 053 676剂次，年平均接种2 864 811剂次；累计人均接种第二类疫苗3.52剂次；使用第二类疫苗替代第一类疫苗接种的替代率为4.33%。结论 广西第二类疫苗的接种剂次数呈逐年上升趋势，随着第二类疫苗品种和使用数量的增多，需要进一步加强监测与管理，协调好第一类疫苗和第二类疫苗的预防接种服务工作，从而有效地作好疫苗针对传染病的防控工作。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analysis the immunization status of category Ⅱvaccine in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region, and to provide reference for the management of immunization. METHODS Data of immunization in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region 2010-2016 were collected from the Immunization Program Information System and analyzed with descriptive epidemiological methods. RESULTS The total doses of category Ⅱvaccine were 20053676, and the annual average was 2864811 doses, and the average doses was 3.52 in Guangxi Zhuang autonomous region 2010-2016. The replacement rate of category Ⅱvaccine was 4.33%. CONCLUSION The category Ⅱvaccine application status demonstrated the rising trend. With the increase of types and number of doses of category Ⅱvaccine, we should take immunization surveillance and administration seriously, coordinate the relationship between the category Ⅰvaccine and the category Ⅱvaccine to make the diseases prevention and control work more effective.
