手测量法则结合食物模型在社区老年2型糖尿病患者饮食指导中的应用

中文摘要: 目的 探讨手测量法则结合食物模型在社区老年2型糖尿病患者饮食指导中的应用效果。方法 将两社区老年2型糖尿病患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组采用常规健康教育进行饮食指导,试验组在常规健康教育的基础上采用手测量法则结合食物模型进行饮食指导。干预6个月后,分别对两组患者进行体质指数(BMI)、血糖和血脂指标检测。结果 干预前,两组患者BMI、空腹血糖(FBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、总胆固醇(TC)和甘油三酯(TG)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,试验组患者BMI、FBG、HbA1c、TC和TG水平下降,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论 手测量法则结合食物模型为老年2型糖尿病患者提供了简便的热量计算方法,极大地提高了老年2型糖尿病患者的饮食依从性,可以有效地帮助老年2型糖尿病患者控制血糖和血脂,延缓其并发症的发生。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of hand measurement in the dietary guidance of patients with type 2 diabetes(T2DM) in the community. METHODS the elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. In the control group, a routine health education was used for dietary guidance, and the experimental group was guided by the method of hand measurement and food model based on the conventional health education. After six months of intervention, BMI, blood glucose and blood lipid index were detected in the two groups. RESULTS the comparison of BMI, blood glucose and blood lipid index in the two groups was not statistically significant(P=0.05). After the intervention compared with control group, experimental group of patients with body mass index (BMI), fasting blood glucose(FBG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG) levels drop, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION hand measurement rule model for elderly patients with diabetes combined with food provides a simple calculation method of the heat, greatly improve the compliance of elderly patients with diabetes diet, can effectively help the elderly patients with diabetes control blood sugar and blood fat, delay the occurrence of its complications.
