健走运动对职业人群的血压和血糖的影响

中文摘要: 目的 健步走是一种以增强人体有氧代谢为目的的运动。它的特点是强度低,有节奏,不中断,持续时间长,对技巧的要求不高,不受时间、地点的限制,有着显著的健身价值,同时安全方便、适应人群广。本研究主要探讨健走运动对职业人群的血压和血糖的影响。方法 为了达到预期效果,683名参加健走运动的职业人群全部由专业健步走教练进行统一培训,规范健步走姿势。比较分析参加健步走的职业人群进行为期100天活动前后舒张压、收缩压和空腹血糖变化情况。结果 通过参加100天健步走运动干预,可以降低参加健步走职业人群的收缩压和舒张压,健步走运动前后收缩压和舒张压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),空腹血糖比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.005)。结论 通过健步走可以降低职业人群的血压,但是不能降低空腹血糖。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Walking is a kind of exercise for the purpose that can enhance aerobic metabolism of human body, it is characterized by low intensity, rhythm, without interruption, lasted for a long time, the skills required is not high, not limited by time and place have significant fitness value, at the same time, safe and convenient to people. The relationship between walking and blood pressure/glucose is unclear in occupational population. We analyzed systolic pressure, diastolic blood pressure, fasting blood-glucose. METHOD In order to achieve desirable results, 683 occupational population were all trained by professional coach, standard walking posture to take into this program in Heilongjiang, and collected their information through a questionnaire in internet. RESULT Systolic pressure reduced after walking 100days. Diastolic blood pressure reduced . And have a statistical significantly. CONCLUSION Walking for at least 100 days could reduce occupational population’s blood pressure, but not the fasting blood-glucose.
