Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of smoking behavior of students in vocational high school, and to discuss the influence of smoking behavior advantage and executive function on smoking behavior, to provide scientific basis for the prevention intervention of smoking behavior of students in vocational high schools. METHODS By adopting the combination of convenience sampling and cluster sampling method, extraction of two regions of Sichuan province, a total of 954 vocational high school students as the research object, using the advantages and executive function smoking behavior questionnaire investigation. RESULTS Vocational high school students' smoking rates of 27.2%, of which the boys smoking rates than girls(χ2=115.04, P<0.01), high three students of the highest smoking rates (31.6%), the rural students' smoking rates than the cities student's smoking rate(χ2=8.42, P<0.05). Among the smokers, the average age of initial smoking was 15.9 years, and the average age of smoking was 2.9 years, 29.7% for smoking cessation and 24.8% for second-hand smoke. The likelihood of smoking clues in vocational high school students is the protective factor of smoking behavior(OR=0.67). The likelihood of smoking behavior is the risk factor of smoking behavior(OR=4.36). CONCLUSION Vocational high school students smoking situation are not optimistic, smoking behavior appears likely to influence vocational high school students' smoking behavior, to purify the environment of the vocational high school students, the advantage of reducing smoking behavior is helpful to reduce the smoking behavior.
