中文摘要: 目的 本研究对云南省怒江州儿童健康教育进行分析,为提高我国西部贫困少数民族地区儿童健康提供决策依据。方法 通过问卷调查、访谈、文件档案资料查阅以及实地考察等多途径收集调研地区相关资料,对怒江州儿童健康教育结果进行分析。结果 项目根据前期设计,开发了具有文化敏感性的健康教育传播材料,同时开展了具有文化敏感性的多种形式的健康教育活动。结论 具有文化敏感性的健康教育策略对怒江州儿童健康教育效果良好,但依然存在关键人物调动不足等问题需进行策略调整。
Abstract:Objective This article analyzes the health education of children in Nujiang Prefecture in Yunnan Province and provides the basis for decision-making on improving the health of children in the impoverished ethnic minority areas of western China. Methods Through questionnaires, interviews, documents and files access, site visits and other means to collect relevant information in the survey area, Nujiang children's health education results were analyzed. Results Based on the previous design, the project developed a culturally sensitive health education communication material and conducted various culturally sensitive forms of health education activities. Conclusion: Culture-sensitive health education strategies are effective for children's health education in Nujiang prefecture, but there are still some key issues such as insufficient mobilization of key personnel to be adjusted.
