中文摘要: 目的 本研究通过构建符合我国三甲医院护理实践状况的专科护士综合能力评价指标体系，为三甲医院专科护士的任用、考核和培训提供参照标准和客观依据。方法 通过Delphi法法构建出以三甲医院专科护士综合能力定义为基础的专科护士综合能力框架模型，采用层次分析法及优序图法确定各指标权重，确定三甲医院专科护士综合能力评价指标体系。结果 函询专家的权威系数为0.89，判断系数为0.87，熟悉程度为0.89，并建立了由8个一级指标、24个二级指标、55个三级指标构成的三甲医院临床专科护士综合能力体系。结论 三甲医院临床专科护士综合能力指标体系中各级指标条目意见集中，研究结果可信度高，可为三甲医院专科护士的任用、考核和培训提供参照标准和客观依据。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a comprehensive ability evaluation index system for specialized nurses in Grade 3A hospital in China, and to provide reference criteria and objective basis for the appointment, assessment and training of specialized nurses in tertiary hospitals. METHODS The framework model of the comprehensive ability of specialized nurses based on the definition of the comprehensive ability of specialized nurses in the Grade 3A hospital was constructed by a two-round Delphi survey. The weight of each index is determined by Hierarchy analysis to determine the evaluation index system of comprehensive ability of specialized nurses in the Grade 3A hospital. RESULTS The expert authority coefficient was 0.89, the judgment coefficient was 0.87, and the familiarity was 0.89. The evaluation index system of comprehensive ability of specialized nurses in the Grade 3A hospital included 8 first-level indicators, 24 second-level indicators, and 55 third-level indicators. CONCLUSION The study on the comprehensive ability index system of clinical specialized nurses in Grade 3A hospital are valid and highly reliable, which provides a reference standard and objective basis for the appointment, examination and training of specialized nurses in the Grade 3A hospital.
