Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of whole course nursing intervention on total knee replacement of malignant bone tumor of distal femur. METHODS The clinical data of 88 patients with malignant bone tumor of the distal femur treated with total knee replacement in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2014 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the observation group and the control group with 44 cases in each group according to the order of admission time. The patients in the control group received routine nursing care, and the patients in the observation group received the whole nursing intervention mode. The effects of different nursing intervention on total knee replacement of malignant bone tumor of distal femur were compared. RESULTS Before the intervention, the scores of HAMD, HAMA and PSQI were no difference between two groups (P﹥0.05). After intervention, the scores of HAMD, HAMA and PSQI were improved in the two groups, and the change degree of the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P﹤0.05). The limb function scores of the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P﹤0.05). CONCLUSION The whole nursing intervention can effectively improve negative emotions of patients with the malignant bone tumor of distal femur in total knee replacement and promote the recovery of limb function, and can reduce the incidence of complications, which has certain clinical application value.
