中文摘要: 目的 从需方出发研究安宁疗护需求，进一步完善安宁疗护服务内容。方法 基于便利采样法由4名安宁疗护执行人对20位需方进行半结构化访谈，采集资料后分析确定需方对安宁疗护的需求，再邀请15名专家对需方的安宁疗护服务需求进行适宜性评价，并对评价结果进行数据分析。结果 需方在症状控制、舒适照护、心理支持和人文关怀方面有44项需求，经专家咨询结果，适宜在社区安宁疗护中满足的需求有42项，另外2项不符合安宁疗护理念。结论 除提供专科会诊和抢救服务两项需求与安宁疗护理念不匹配，其他需方需求都有可行性，可纳入安宁疗护服务目录。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To evaluate the needs of hospice care from the demander and further improve the service content of hospice care. METHODS Based on the convenient sampling method, carry out the semi-structured interview on 20 demanders from 4 hospice medical workers, determine the demand for hospice care after analyzing the acquisition data, then invite 15 experts to make the suitability evaluation of the hospice care service needs, and finally analyze the results of data. RESULTS The demander had totally 44 needs in symptom control, comfort care, psychological support and humanistic care aspects. However, according to experts’ consultation, 42 needs were suitable to supply in the community hospice care, while the other 2 needs did not. CONCLUSION Most of the needs of demander are feasible and can be included in the hospice care directory, except the two needs of specialist consultation and rescue service which did not accord with the concept of hospice care.
