中文摘要: 目的 通过调查研究中山火炬开发区托幼机构卫生保健工作现状，为提高托幼卫生保健工作质量提供数据支持。方法 通过现场调查、问卷调查和现场询问的方式，收集2016年辖区内全部托幼机构卫生保健工作的相关资料。结果 2016年，中山火炬开发区辖区内登记在册的托幼机构共46家。卫生保健评价合格证取得率为100%；卫生保健人员配备合格的托幼机构共29家，占63.0%。消毒效果质量检测合格率均在90%以上，但饮用水合格率较低，仅78.3%。托幼儿童低体重、生长发育迟缓、肥胖、贫血、龋齿和视力低常的检出率分别为1.3%、1.2%、3.0%、2.2%、23.7%和5.9%；传染病的报告率为1.2%，意外伤害的报告率为0.1%。教育部门办园、村集体办园和民办园在人员配备、工作制度建立等硬件和软件设施设备方面，不存在明显的差异；在儿童常见疾病及传染病方面，除了生长迟缓、肥胖和视力低常存在差异外，其他未见明显差异。结论 应该加强卫生保健人员引进，加强相关部门对托幼机构的监督，以提高卫生保健工作质量。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE to provide data support for improving the quality of health care work of child-care institutions in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. METHODS through field investigation, questionnaire survey and field inquiry, the relevant data of health care work in all the kindergartens in the area of jurisdiction in 2016 were collected. RESULTS in 2016, there were 46 registered kindergartens in Zhongshan Torch Development Zone. The rate of obtaining qualified certificate of health care evaluation was 100. There were 29 qualified nurseries with health care personnel, which accounted for 63%. The qualified rate of disinfection effect quality test was above 90%. But the qualified rate of drinking water is low, only 78.3%. The detectable rates of low body weight, growth retardation, obesity, anemia, dental caries and low visual acuity were 1.3and 1.2and 3.00.2.00.2.75.9.The report rate of infectious diseases was 1.2and the reported rate of accidental injury was 0.1. There is no significant difference in hardware and software facilities between educational departments, village collectives, and private gardens in terms of staffing, establishment of work systems, and other hardware and software facilities. CONCLUSION the quality of health care should be improved by strengthening the introduction of health care personnel and the supervision of child-care institutions by relevant departments.
