Abstract:OBJECTIVE To observe the effects of Liangfu Pills combined with chemotherapy on the quality of life of postoperative gastric cancer patients, and to analyze the therapeutic mechanism of Liangfu Pills.METHODS 40 patients with postoperative gastric cancer who were hospitalized in Jinzhou New District Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2016 to December 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table of the patient's hospitalization number. 20 cases. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. The observation group was treated with addition and subtraction of Liangfu Pill on the basis of treatment in the control group. Treatment for 30 days was followed up for 3 months. After 30 days of treatment and at the end of the third month of follow-up, the treatment effects, quality of life, and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups.RESULTS After 30 days of treatment, the results of clinical total effective rate, quality of life score, incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). At the end of the 3-month follow-up, the clinical total effective rate and quality of life scores in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01). The incidence of adverse reactions during follow-up was not statistically significant between the two groups (P>0.05). CONCLUSION Liangfu Pills combined with chemotherapy combined with chemotherapy has a better therapeutic effect on postoperative patients with gastric cancer. Chinese medicine may improve the quality of life of patients through its synergistic and attenuating effects, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions at the early stage of chemotherapy.
