Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of one disease-one high quality nursing pathway in the perioperative quality nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods 96 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to 2017 April were divided into the observation group and the control group by the random alphabet method, the control group was treated with high quality nursing, and the observation group used the one disease-one high quality nursing pathway on the basis of the control group, the quality of life, postoperative complications, nursing satisfaction and awareness of health education were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of physical function, cognitive function, emotional function, role function and social function in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), the incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 6.25%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group 22.92%, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), the total nursing satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 95.83%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group 79.17%, and the total awareness rate of health education was 97.92%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The one disease-one high quality nursing pathway in the perioperative quality nursing of patients with severe acute pancreatitis achieves the satisfactory results, it can improve the quality of life of the patients, reduced the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and the awareness rate of health education, it is worthy of clinical application.
