中文摘要: 目的 分析基于微信的延续性护理干预在糖尿病足患者自我管理行为中的应用作用，为临床护理干预提供参考依据。方法 选取2013年1月—2018年1月武警浙江省总队医院嘉兴医院收治的中老年糖尿病组患者168例，所有患者出院后在给予常规护理基础上给予微信平台的延续性护理干预措施，对患者干预前后自我管理行为、足部护理各项评估指标情况进行统计比较。结果 在足部护理评估指标评分方面，患者干预后与干预前比较均明显提高，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在自我管理行为指标评分方面，患者干预后与干预前比较均明显提高，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对2型糖尿病足患者实施基于微信平台的延续性护理干预措施能够对足部溃疡的发生进行预防，对患者自我管理行为能力进行提高，值得临床应用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the application of continuous care intervention based on WeChat in patients with diabetic foot self-management behavior and provide reference for clinical nursing intervention. METHODS A total of 168 patients with diabetes mellitus in the our Department between January 2013 and January 2018 were selected. All patients were given continuous nursing interventions on the WeChat platform after being discharged from the hospital. Statistical comparisons were made between management behaviors and foot care assessment indicators. RESULTS Post-intervention and pre-intervention measures in terms of foot care assessment indicators (foot examination, foot cleaning and protection, foot selection of suitable footwear, foot problems seeking medical behavior, and total foot care assessment scores) The differences were significantly improved, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). In terms of self-management behavioral indicators (rational diet, regular exercise, compliance with doctor's advice, blood glucose monitoring, foot care, and prevention of hypoglycemia), the patient’s intervention Compared with the pre-intervention, the difference was significant, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The implementation of continuous nursing interventions based on WeChat platform for type 2 diabetic foot patients can prevent the occurrence of foot ulcers and improve self-management ability of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
