中文摘要: 目的 了解医养结合风险，指导卫生监督实践。方法 从卫生监管的角度出发，采用专家意见征询法对上海市浦东新区四种类型的医养结合模式进行风险点分析，通过风险分值的高低,判断风险程度高低。结果 医疗废物与污水处理、消毒隔离与院感管理和传染病疫情管理是医养结合模式中的高风险点。结论 四种类型医养结合模式风险相对集中，风险成因复杂，在卫生监管中应着重关注。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the risk of the combination of medical and pension model(CMP)and guide the practice of health supervision.METHODS From the view of health supervision, the expert opinion consultation method was used to analyze the risk of four types of CMP in Shanghai Pudong New Area, and the risk level was judged by risk score.RESULTS Medical waste and sewage treatment, disinfection and isolation and management of the hospital, the epidemic management of infectious diseases are high-risk points in CMPs.CONCLUSION The risk of the four types of CMPs is relatively concentrated, the causesare complicated, and attention should be paid to health supervision.
