中文摘要: 本研究首先介绍了家庭医生签约服务发展的背景，指出新时期以医院和治病为中心的医疗模式已经难以满足人们多样化的健康需求，由此引出家庭医生签约服务,对家庭医生制度实施过程中出现的“病症”进行总结和分析，提出解决“病症”的“良药”，以消除或缓解家庭医生制度发展中的制约因素，从而为促进家庭医生签约服务的进一步开展提供参考。
Abstract:Firstly, the article introduces the background of family doctor’s contract service, points out that the hospital-centered and disease-treatment-centered model can’t meet people's various healthy demands, and draws forth family doctor’s contract service. And then, it summarizes and analyzes the “symptoms” that appear during the implementation of family doctor’s services, and proposes “good medicines” to resolve “symptoms” in order to eliminate or alleviate the constraints in the development of family doctors system, further providing evidence for promoting the family doctor’s contract service.
