中文摘要: 政府在养老服务供给中占据着主导地位，面对日益突出的老年服务供求矛盾，宁波市政府以购买养老服务的方式，率先推行“海曙养老模式”，并在实践中提高了养老服务的供给效率。本研究在分析宁波市政府购买社区居家养老服务现状和问题的基础上，从监督主体、监督对象和监督内容三个方面对政府购买社区-居家养老监督机制进行建议，以期促进养老服务的发展。
