中文摘要: 目的 规范社区卫生服务中心血源性职业暴露的处理环节，降低因此造成血源性病原体感染的发生，对因此造成的感染做到有据可查。方法 通过调查发现是社区卫生服务中心血源性职业暴露的处理存在问题。结果 社区卫生服务中心血源性职业暴露后的处理存在许多需要改进的地方，包括伤口处理不规范，职业暴露后不报告或迟报告，未进行血清学检查或检查缺项，心理疏导欠缺，预防用药、追踪随访不到位等。结论 社区卫生服务中心血源性职业暴露后的处理不规范，许多环节需要改进，要加强培训，正确执行现场应急处置流程，加强管理，完善报告制度，做好相关血清学标志物检查和心理疏导工作，做好预防用药和追踪随访工作，以降低职业暴露后血源性疾病感染的发生，维护医护人员的身心健康。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE Standardize blood-borne occupational exposure management in community health service center, reduce the possibility of consequential blood-borne pathogens infection, and ensure the possible infection well documented. METHOD Through investigation, find out the existing problems on blood-borne occupational exposure management in community health service center. RESULT There exist many issues on blood-borne occupational exposure management in community health service center, including nonstandard wound cleaning, no report or late report on occupational exposure, no serological examination or incomplete examination, insufficient psychological counseling, poor preventive medication, improper patient follow-up. CONCLUSION The blood-borne occupational exposure
management in community health service center is lack of standardization. In order to reduce the possibility of consequential blood-borne pathogens infection and enusre the health of the medical staff, there are a lot of items for improvement, including training enhancement, correct execution of site emergency processing, management reinforcement, reporting system improvement, suffficent serological examination and psychological counseling, propepr preventive medication and patient follow-up.
