中文摘要: 目的 了解学龄前儿童体质水平的现状。方法 对2015年北京市朝阳区左家庄社区内幼儿园1 146名3~6岁儿童进行体质测试,并对体质测试总得分及单项指标进行统计分析。结果 Spearman等级相关分析显示,男童(r=0.111)和女童(r=0.168)的体质测试总得分随年龄的增长呈较为明显的线性趋势(P﹤0.01);10米折返跑、立定跳远、网球掷远、双脚连续跳以及走平衡木5项指标均随年龄的增长而显著提高(P﹤0.05);各年龄组男童的网球掷远成绩显著好于女童(P﹤0.05),各年龄组女童的坐位体前屈成绩显著好于男童(P﹤0.05)。结论 辖区学龄前儿童的体质总体水平较好,并随年龄增长而提高,此时期各项素质指标也出现了性别差异,需要有针对性地开展体育锻炼,促进幼儿体质全面发展。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To understand the status of physical fitness in preschool children. METHODS The physical tests were on 1146 preschool children in zuojiazhuang community, and the total score and single index were analyzed by statistics . RESULTS The total score of physical test in boys and girls had raised along with the age growth, except the 6-year-old boy group. Increased with age, children's scores had significantly improved in 10m shuttle run, standing long jump, tennis far throw, two feet successive leaps and balance beam(P<0.05). The boy's scores was significantly better than girls in tennis far throw and worse in sitting trunk flexion (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Along with the age growth ,children's overall level of physical fitness had improved, at the same time, there is gender difference in diathesis indexes.It is need to be targeted to carry out physical exercise, so as to promote children's physical development in all-round way.
