中文摘要: 目的 为推动社区居家慢性病老年人用药安全问题提出建议。方法 通过文献研究法，了解我国社区居家慢性病老年人用药安全现状，分析其用药安全存在的问题和原因，了解国外干预其用药安全的相关经验并提出相关的建议。结果 我国社区居家慢性病老年人用药安全现状不容乐观，用药安全问题突出，应引起全社会的重视。结论 应对社区居家慢性病老年人进行药物治疗管理和用药安全进行宣教，确保其用药安全。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE In order to promote the medication safety of the elderly in the community, the authors put forward some suggestions.METHODS through the literature study, we know the status of drug safety in the elderly people with chronic disease in the community, analyze the problems and causes of the drug safety, understand the experience of foreign intervention on the safety of drug use, and put forward some relevant suggestions.RESULTS the current situation of drug safety in the elderly people with chronic disease in the community is not optimistic. The problem of drug safety is outstanding. It is important to pay attention to the whole society. CONCLUSION Drug treatment management and safety education for the elderly people with chronic disease in the community are carried out to ensure the safety of drug use.
