金华市婺城区2008--2017年儿童青少年法定传染病流行特征分析

中文摘要: 目的 分析金华市婺城区2008—2017年儿童青少年法定传染病流行特征, 为儿童青少年法定传染病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法 应用描述流行病学方法,对源自国家传染病报告信息管理系统的婺城区2008—2017年0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病资料进行流行病学统计分析。结果 按发病日期统计,2008—2017年婺城区合计报告0~24岁儿童青少年法定传染病23种33 421例,死亡6例,年均发病率为1 576.99/10万,死亡率为0.28/10万。不同年龄组年均发病率从高到低排序为:0~4岁组、5~9岁组、20~24岁组、10~14岁组、15~19岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.005)。甲、乙类传染病年均发病率为167.60/10万,死亡2例,死亡率为0.09/10万;丙类传染病年均发病率为1 409.39/10万,死亡4例,死亡率为0.19/10万。结论 10年间婺城区儿童青少年法定传染病发病率呈波动状态且波幅较大,儿童青少年肺结核病等防控工作形势严峻。
Abstract:Objective To analyze the epidemic characteristics of the notifiable infectious diseases of children and adolescents from 2008 to 2017 in Wucheng District, Jinhua, and to provide a practical scientific basis for the prevention and control of the notifiable infectious diseases of children and adolescents in the new era. Methods Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the data of the notifiable infectious diseases of 0~24 years children and adolescents from 2008 to 2017 in the national infectious disease report information management system. Results According to the date of the disease, 33 421 cases of 23 notifiable infectious diseases of children and adolescents aged 0 to 24 years old were reported from 2008 to 2017 in Wucheng district, with 6 death cases. The average annual incidence rate was 1 576.99/100 thousand and the mortality rate was 0.28/100 thousand. The annual incidence rates of different age groups ranged from high to low: 0~4 year old group, 5~9 year old group, 20~24 year old group, 10~14 year old group and 15~19 year old group (P<0.005). The average annual incidence of type A and B infectious diseases was 167.60/100 thousand, with 2 death cases, and the mortality rate was 0.09/100 thousand; the average annual incidence rate of type C infectious diseases was 1409.39/100 thousand, with 4 death cases, and the mortality rate was 0.19/100 thousand. Conclusion During the last ten years, the incidence of notifiable infectious diseases in children and adolescents in Wucheng district was fluctuating and the amplitude was large, and therefore poses challenges to the prevention and control of pulmonary tuberculosis and other diseases in children and adolescents.
