中文摘要: 目的 分析在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎治疗中应用醒脾养儿颗粒联合消旋卡多曲治疗方法的治疗效果。方法 抽取郑州大学附属儿童医院儿科收治的82例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿为研究对象，抽取时间为2016年9月—2017年9月，随机分为参照组和观察组，每组各41例，参照组应用常规性对症治疗方法，观察组应用醒脾养儿颗粒联合消旋卡多曲治疗。比较两组患者的心肌酶谱及临床指标。结果 观察组的心肌酶谱水平均低于参照组(P＜0.05)；观察组的临床指标中时间用时均低于参照组(P＜0.05)。结论 在小儿轮状病毒性肠炎治疗中开展醒脾养儿颗粒联合消旋卡多曲治疗方法，缩短了症状恢复用时，有助于患儿心肌损伤的恢复，可在临床中借鉴使用。
Abstract:OBJECTIVE To analyze the therapeutic effect of Xing PI Yang Er granule combined with racemic card in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. METHODS 82 cases of children with rotavirus enteritis received in our hospital were selected as the study object. The extraction time was in September 2017 September 2016. It was randomly divided into the reference group and the observation group (41 cases). The reference group applied the routine symptomatic treatment. The observation group was treated with the combination of Xing PI Yang Er granule and raceme. Myocardial enzymes and clinical indicators were compared between the two groups. RESULTS The levels of myocardial enzymes in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group (P＜0.05); the time spent in the clinical indexes of the observation group was lower than that of the reference group (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION In the treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis, the combination of Xing PI Yang Er granule and racemic Chi Taqu shortens the recovery
of symptoms and helps to recover the injury of the heart. It can be used for reference in clinical practice.
