Abstract:With the deepening of aging society, the incidence of delirium after hip fracture surgery in elderly patients is increasing. According to the risk factors of postoperative delirium and the assessment and diagnosis tools, this article comprehensively expounds the causes and puts forward nursing intervention in view of the relevant research at home and abroad，aiming at reducing the incidence and severity of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture, shortening hospitalization time and improving the quality of life of elderly patients with postoperative delirium after hip fracture , alleviating family and Social burden.
